O3\/O2\/2007 passed in<\/p>\n<p>162\/2005. The Tribunal has awarded the  <\/p>\n<p>Rs.2,25,000\/~ in respect of the death of 14: years oiid     <\/p>\n<p>2. The contention of the learniedliicounsel for the._ap.peilant is i&#8217;<br \/>\nthat the compensation awarded is excgessive since the deceased did<\/p>\n<p>not have any income of his oW&#8217;n.~ig.The awarded by the<\/p>\n<p>Tribunal is not &#8216;The-Vileairnedfcounsel for respondent<br \/>\nhowever of compensation. The learned<br \/>\ncounsel would contendirthat._iin\u00abirespect of 14 years old boy the<br \/>\nHon7ble  Couir&#8217;t&#8221;&#8221;h.as__tawarded much higher compensation<\/p>\n<p>and&#8217;a_s~su&#8217;chgthe same&#8217; does not call for interference.<\/p>\n<p> \u00abV3. The only short point for consideration in the light of the<\/p>\n<p>_c.onte&#8217;n.tions.purged is to notice as to whether the compensation of<\/p>\n<p>  in respect of the death of 14 years old boy calls for<\/p>\n<p>R&#8221;.__inte\u00abrference. In the instant case, it is not in dispute that the<\/p>\n<p>4%<\/p>\n<p>deceased boy was a student, though the claimants<br \/>\nhe was also helping them in their agricultural<br \/>\nas it may, since there is no proof of income-of the<br \/>\nonly question for consideration is evenltin 5-\n<\/p>\n<p>what is the compensation to be    the&#8221;\n<\/p>\n<p>I-Ionb&#8217;Ie Supreme Court in  recen.t..:decision  tl1c&#8230;ca;-ie of R.K.<\/p>\n<p>Mallik 85 Another &#8211;vs&#8211; Kiran   SCW 4381)<br \/>\nhas indicated the manner of on non-\n<\/p>\n<p>pecuniary and   is of a child and<br \/>\nwhere  determined. Keeping<br \/>\nin View the compensation awarded in the<\/p>\n<p>present case cannot in a.ny'&#8221;e&#8217;vent\u00ab,ibe termed as excessive.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; . A_ 4.
