SANKARAN, J.\n                   ---------------------------\n                    B.A. No. 3462 of 2009\n                ------------------------------------\n             Dated this the 29th day of June, 2009\n\n                           O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>           This is an application for anticipatory bail under<\/p>\n<p>section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The petitioner<\/p>\n<p>is the accused in Crime No.302\/2009 of Parasala Police<\/p>\n<p>Station, Thiruvananthapuram.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.   The offences alleged against the petitioner are<\/p>\n<p>under Sections 324 &amp; 325         of the Indian Penal Code and<\/p>\n<p>Section 27 of the Arms Act.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.   I have gone through the case diary.<\/p>\n<p>      4.   Taking into account the facts and circumstances of<\/p>\n<p>the case, the nature of the offence, the injury sustained and<\/p>\n<p>other circumstances, I am of the view that anticipatory bail<\/p>\n<p>can be granted to the petitioner. There will be a direction that<\/p>\n<p>in the event of the arrest of the petitioner, the officer in<\/p>\n<p>charge of the police station shall release him on bail for a<\/p>\n<p>period of one month on his executing bond for Rs.25,000\/-<\/p>\n<p>with two solvent sureties for the like amount to the<\/p>\n<p>satisfaction of the officer concerned, subject to the following<\/p>\n<p>B.A. No. 3462 \/2009<br \/>\n                              Page numbers<\/p>\n<p>conditions:\n<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>         A) The petitioner shall        report      before     the<br \/>\n             investigating officer between 9 A.M and 11 A.M.<br \/>\n             on all Mondays, till the final report is filed or until<br \/>\n             further orders;\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>         B) The     petitioner   shall   appear      before    the<br \/>\n             investigating officer for interrogation as and<br \/>\n             when required;\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>         C) The petitioner shall not try to influence the<br \/>\n             prosecution   witnesses    or   tamper      with  the<br \/>\n             evidence.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>         D) The petitioner shall not commit any offence or<br \/>\n             indulge in any prejudicial activity while on bail.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>         E) On the expiry of the period mentioned above, the<br \/>\n             petitioner shall surrender before the Magistrate<br \/>\n             concerned and seek regular bail or even before<br \/>\n             that period.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>         F) In case of breach of any of the conditions<br \/>\n             mentioned above, the bail shall be liable to be<br \/>\n             cancelled.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>       The Bail Application is allowed to the extent indicated<\/p>\n<p> above.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                    K.T.
