Petitioner is the 1st accused.<\/p>\n<p>Altogether there are 3 accused persons. They face allegations in<\/p>\n<p>a crime registered alleging offences punishable, inter alia, under<\/p>\n<p>Sections 452 and 308 I.P.C. On account of animosity which the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner-the 1st accused had towards the defacto complainant,<\/p>\n<p>he along with accused 2 and 3 had allegedly entered the<\/p>\n<p>residential premises of the defacto complainant and had attacked<\/p>\n<p>him with a dangerous weapon resulting in injuries including an<\/p>\n<p>injury on the skull. The alleged incident took place on 19.02.08.<\/p>\n<p>The petitioner was arrested on 07.03.08.                    Co-accused have<\/p>\n<p>already been granted regular bail by the learned Sessions Judge.<\/p>\n<p>The petitioner continues in custody from 07.03.08.<\/p>\n<p>      2.   The learned counsel for the petitioner prays, the<\/p>\n<p>learned Public Prosecutor does not oppose the said prayer and I<\/p>\n<p>am satisfied that the petitioner can now be enlarged on bail<\/p>\n<p>subject to appropriate terms and conditions.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">B.A.No.2033 of 2008                2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>      3.    In the result, this application is allowed.
