3.    24.10.2011.               Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf<\/p>\n
                    of   the     petitioners    and      the     learned     counsel<\/p>\n
                    appearing on behalf of the State.<\/p>\n
                                The petitioner apprehends his arrest in<\/p>\n
                    connection    with   a   case    arising     from   Sangrampur<\/p>\n
                    P.S.Case No.88 of 2010 for the offences punishable<\/p>\n
                    under sections 341, 323, 324,307,338,379,448,504\/34<\/p>\n
                    of the Indian Penal Code.\n<\/p>\n
                                The allegation against the petitioner is<\/p>\n
                    of assaulting the informant by means of Khanti on<\/p>\n
                    his head and which allegation finds support from<\/p>\n
                    the injury report placed at Annexure-3.<\/p>\n
                                In that view of the matter, no case for<\/p>\n
                    anticipatory bail is made out and hence the prayer<\/p>\n
                    rejected.\n<\/p>\n
                                Consequently,      the    bail    application     is<\/p>\n
                    dismissed.\n<\/p>\n
                                The   petitioner    may    surrender       and   make<\/p>\n
                    prayer for grant of regular bail before the court<\/p>\n
                    below and which shall be considered and disposed of<\/p>\n
                    on its own merits without being prejudiced by the<\/p>\n
                    order passed in the present proceedings.<\/p>\n
