No.369 of 2010\n               - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n                Dated this the 18th day of October, 2010\n\n                                 JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>   Basant J.,<\/p>\n<p>         Both counsel submit that all the outstanding disputes between<\/p>\n<p>   the parties have been settled. The articles to be exchanged between<\/p>\n<p>   the parties, have already been exchanged. A joint petition, for<\/p>\n<p>   divorce under Section 13B of the Marriage Act has been signed by<\/p>\n<p>   both the parties and shall be filed before the Family Court in the<\/p>\n<p>   course of day. In these circumstances, this Writ Petition may now<\/p>\n<p>   be dismissed as settled between the parties, prays both counsel.<\/p>\n<p>         2. This judgment must be read in continuation of the earlier<\/p>\n<p>   order passed in 15.10.2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>         3. This Writ Petition is, in these circumstances, dismissed as<\/p>\n<p>   settled between the parties.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                             R.
