Heard Shri Ranjan Kumar Srivastava,<\/p>\n<p>                     learned counsel for the petitioner, Shri Ram<\/p>\n<p>                     Narayan, learned A.C. to S.C.23 as well as<\/p>\n<p>                     learned counsel appearing on behalf of the<\/p>\n<p>                     Accountant General.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                The    petitioner&#8217;s      husband,         who   was<\/p>\n<p>                     posted     as    Assistant       Teacher        in    Rajkiya<\/p>\n<p>                     Madhya     Vidhayalaya,          Sahuli     Hussainganj,<\/p>\n<p>                     District        Siwan,    died      on     17.5.1972         in<\/p>\n<p>                     harness. The petitioner was allowed death-<\/p>\n<p>                     cum-retirement        gratuity      in    the    year      2010<\/p>\n<p>                     vide   Annexure-4        to   the   petition.         It    was<\/p>\n<p>                     submitted        by   learned       counsel          for    the<\/p>\n<p>                     petitioner that in view of Annexure-5 to the<\/p>\n<p>                     petition, the petitioner was entitled to get<\/p>\n<p>                     liberalized pension. It has been argued that<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                   2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>despite        filing                representation,                 the<\/p>\n<p>respondent authority has not taken note on<\/p>\n<p>the representation of the petitioner nor any<\/p>\n<p>steps have been taken for taking decision<\/p>\n<p>for payment of liberalized pension under the<\/p>\n<p>scheme of the Government to the petitioner.<\/p>\n<p>           With       the      consent         of   parties,         the<\/p>\n<p>writ    petition          is    being      disposed           of   with<\/p>\n<p>liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh<\/p>\n<p>representation            before         the    respondent         no.6<\/p>\n<p>i.e.    District       Superintendent               of    Education,<\/p>\n<p>Siwan    within       a     period        of    six      weeks     from<\/p>\n<p>today. If such representation is filed, the<\/p>\n<p>respondent no.6 is directed to examine the<\/p>\n<p>same and take all steps for redressing the<\/p>\n<p>grievances of the petitioner within a period<\/p>\n<p>of three months from the date of filing of<\/p>\n<p>such representation. In case of refusal, the<\/p>\n<p>respondent        no.6         is     required           to   pass     a<\/p>\n<p>speaking order within aforesaid time.
