The<br \/>\n\tphotographs are also produced.\n<\/p>\n<p>Mr.Patel,<br \/>\n\tlearned counsel appearing for the applicant contended that the total<br \/>\n\tarea of encroachment is admeasuring about 300 sq.mtrs.<br \/>\n\tbearing Survey No.157,and not the portion of the superstructure<br \/>\n\tadmeasuring 30 s\tq.mtrs. As such, the photographs show that the<br \/>\n\tsuperstructure, which was alleged to be over the 30 sq.mtrs. has<br \/>\n\tbeen demolished. Further, Mr.Kinariwala, learned counsel appearing<br \/>\n\tfor respondent No.7, on behalf of the party, who was stated to have<br \/>\n\tmade encroachment over the land bearing Survey No.157, states that,<br \/>\n\tthe whole area is vacated and no right whatsoever is to be claimed,<br \/>\n\tincluding that of the unauthorised encroachment over the land<br \/>\n\tbearing Survey No.157. On behalf of the Gram Panchayat, it has been<br \/>\n\tstated that the whole encroachment has been removed and the land<br \/>\n\tbearing Survey No.157 is no more under the occupation of respondent<br \/>\n\tNo.7 and other persons, who were stated to have made encroachment.\n<\/p>\n<p>Under<br \/>\n\tthe circumstances, it can be said that the order has been complied<br \/>\n\twith.
