Heard the parties.\n<\/p>\n<p>                      This appeal has been filed against that part of the order dated<br \/>\n                1.9.2006 passed by the Subordinate Judge-I, Palamau at Daltonganj in<br \/>\n                Partition Suit No. 10 of 2006 whereby the prayer of the plaintiffs-<br \/>\n                appellants for appointment of receiver has been rejected.\n<\/p>\n<p>                      Mr. Ananda Sen, learned counsel appearing for the appellants,<br \/>\n                submitted that the respondents are enjoying the rental income.\n<\/p>\n<p>                      On the other hand, counsel for the respondents submitted that the<br \/>\n                plaintiffs-appellants are also enjoying the rental income.\n<\/p>\n<p>                      However, learned counsel appearing for the parties agreed to<br \/>\n                furnish detailed statement of accounts with an undertaking that such<br \/>\n                income will be subject to the final decision of the case. The parties also<br \/>\n                agreed that they will cooperate in early disposal of the suit itself.\n<\/p>\n<p>                      In the circumstances, the parties are directed to furnish detailed<br \/>\n                statement of accounts of the monthly income received by them from the<br \/>\n                date of institution of the suit till July, 2009 within three weeks from<br \/>\n                today and from August, 2009 onwards every month in the trial court.<br \/>\n                The parties will also furnish undertaking that such rental income<br \/>\n                received by them will be subject to the final decision of the case. They<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                                 2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>            are also directed to co-operate and the trial court will make efforts for<br \/>\n            expeditious disposal of the suit.\n<\/p>\n<p>                  With these observations and directions, this miscellaneous appeal<br \/>\n            is disposed of.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                        (R.
