They also happened to be close<br \/>\n\tfamily members. Petitioners seek appointment of arbitrator in terms<br \/>\n\tof clause 18 of the agreement which requires that if any dispute<br \/>\n\tarises between the parties to an agreement with respect to the<br \/>\n\tconduct of the business of the partnership, etc.or in respect of any<br \/>\n\tother matter, cause or thing whatsoever terms and conditions of the<br \/>\n\tdeed, such issue shall be resolved through appointment of Arbitrator<br \/>\n\tin terms of the Arbitration Act.\n<\/p>\n<p>In<br \/>\n\tresponse to the notice issued by the Court, learned advocate,<br \/>\n\tMr.Kashyap Pujara appeared for Mr.Manav Mehta. Learned counsel for<br \/>\n\tboth sides jointly submitted that parties have agreed for<br \/>\n\tappointment of Shri Atul H.Mehta, advocate at Baroda to act as sole<br \/>\n\tarbitrator. They accordingly request the Court to appoint Shri Atul<br \/>\n\tH.Mehta as sole arbitrator.
