It is stated in the application that his<br \/>\nbrother-in-law has expired on 10.3.2011 and that has aggravated agony<br \/>\nof the family members of the applicant convict.  In support of the<br \/>\napplication, the letter received from his wife is enclosed along with<br \/>\nthe death certificate of brother-in-law and the certificate from<br \/>\nRajkot Mahanagar Seva Sadan about cremation of brother-in-law.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tRule.\n<\/p>\n<p> Learned APP Mr.Pandya waives service of notice of rule on behalf of<br \/>\nthe respondent State.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tLearned<br \/>\nAPP made available for perusal the jail remarks. Nothing adverse is<br \/>\nnoticed. The convict has enjoyed one furlough in the months of June<br \/>\nand July 2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tFor<br \/>\nthe contents of the application, the same is partly allowed. The<br \/>\nconvict prisoner is ordered to be released on temporary<br \/>\nbail for a period of 30 days from the date of<br \/>\nhis actual release, on his executing a personal bond of Rs.5,000\/-<br \/>\n(Rupees Five Thousand only) to the satisfaction of the jail<br \/>\nauthorities.
