He prays for and is granted four weeks time<\/p>\n<p>                   to file counter affidavit.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                  However, counsel for the University is directed to<\/p>\n<p>                   permit the petitioner to appear in the forth year annual<\/p>\n<p>                   examination of Engineering Course which is going to be held from<\/p>\n<p>                   20th December, 2010 or in future date. However, result of such<\/p>\n<p>                   examination shall not be announced till disposal of this writ<\/p>\n<p>                   application.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                          (T.
