Case No. 16\/2010, for offences under Sections<\/p>\n<p>                          304(B)\/201 of the Indian Penal Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                      First two petitioners respectively being<\/p>\n<p>                          husband and brother-in-law of deceased daughter of the<\/p>\n<p>                          informant are named and third petitioner being mother-<\/p>\n<p>                          in-law emerged during investigation.<\/p>\n<p>                                      Submission is that deceased died due to<\/p>\n<p>                          certain illness and informant having every knowledge<\/p>\n<p>                          and participation in last rites of the deceased has<\/p>\n<p>                          lodged this case without any explanation after about<\/p>\n<p>                          twenty days of such occurrence. As submitted, nothing<br \/>\n            specific emerged against the petitioners.<\/p>\n<p>                     Considering the facts and circumstances of<\/p>\n<p>           the case, in the event of their arrest or surrender within<\/p>\n<p>           a period of four weeks, let the above-named petitioners<\/p>\n<p>           be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of sum of<\/p>\n<p>           Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand only) each with two sureties<\/p>\n<p>           of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-<\/p>\n<p>           Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, Gaya, in<\/p>\n<p>           connection with Raushanganj (Bankebazar) P.S.
