Category on 02.05.2008 and they were given appointment in<br \/>\nS.E.B.C. Category.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tThe learned advocate<br \/>\nmay also obtain instructions as to in light of the change of the<br \/>\nlegal position with regard to grant of priority to blind people by<br \/>\njudgment and order of a Division Bench of this Court in Letters<br \/>\nPatent Appeal No.1059 of 2007 in Special Civil Application No.12245<br \/>\nof 2007 whether it will be in the interest of justice and fitness of<br \/>\nthings to allow the appellants to put forward their claim on the<br \/>\nbasis that they being the members of S.E.B.C.
