RAMKUMAR, J.\n                     - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n              Bail Application No. 1261 of 2009\n                      - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n           Dated this the 12th day of March, 2009.\n\n                              O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>      In this Petition filed under Sec. 439 Cr.P.C. the petitioners<\/p>\n<p>who are accused Nos. 2 to 7               in Crime No. 55 of 2009 of<\/p>\n<p>Taliparamba Police Station for             offences punishable under<\/p>\n<p>Sections 143, 147, 148, 332, 435 and 427 r\/w Section 149 I.P.C<\/p>\n<p>and Section 3(2)(e) of PDPP Act and Sections 3 and 5 of<\/p>\n<p>Explosives Substances Act, seek their enlargement on bail. The<\/p>\n<p>petitioners was arrested on 06.02.2009.<\/p>\n<p>      2.   I heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the<\/p>\n<p>learned Public Prosecutor.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.   Having regard to the nature of the           offences, the<\/p>\n<p>duration of judicial custody undergone by the petitioners, the<\/p>\n<p>present stage of investigation of the case and the other<\/p>\n<p>circumstances of the case etc., I am inclined to grant bail to the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners. Accordingly, each of the petitioners are directed to<\/p>\n<p>be released on bail on their executing a bond for Rs. 10,000\/-<\/p>\n<p>(Rupees ten thousand only) with two solvent sureties each for the<\/p>\n<p>like amount to the satisfaction of the Magistrate court concerned<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">B.A. No. 1261\/2009                  : 2 :<\/span><\/p>\n<p>and subject to the following conditions:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>              1.    The petitioners shall report before the<br \/>\n              Investigating Officer between 9 a.m. and 11<br \/>\n              a.m. on all Wednesdays.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>              2. The petitioners shall make themselves<br \/>\n              available for interrogation as and     when<br \/>\n              required by the police at any time till the<br \/>\n              filing of the final report.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>               3..   The petitioners shall not influence or<br \/>\n               intimidate the prosecution witnesses nor<br \/>\n               shall they     attempt to tamper with the<br \/>\n               evidence for the prosecution.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>                4.
