No.21241 of 2011\n                                           Nathuni Mian\n                                               Versus\n                                       The State Of Bihar\n                                             -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2       21-07-2011              Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as<\/p>\n<p>                     learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the state.<\/p>\n<p>                                Petitioner   is languishing    in   jail   custody   since<\/p>\n<p>                     19.04.2008 but according to prosecution case, six kg Charas<\/p>\n<p>                     had been recovered from his conscious possession.<\/p>\n<p>                                Accordingly, I am not inclined to release the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                     on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with N.D.P.S.<\/p>\n<p>                     Case No. 42 of 2008 arising out of Ghorasahan P.S.
