( Oral )<\/p>\n<p>            The petitioners have filed this petition under Articles 226\/227<\/p>\n<p>of the Constitution of India for setting aside the elections of Gram<\/p>\n<p>Panchayat, Village Baler Khanpur, Tehsil and District Kapurthala.<\/p>\n<p>            Counsel for respondents No.1 to 3 states that after filing of this<\/p>\n<p>petition, the petitioners have filed the election petition, challenging the<\/p>\n<p>election of Lachhman Singh and Balwinder Kaur, who are respondents<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\"> CWP No. 11550 of 2008                                           -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>No.10 and 11 herein. He has also produced copy of the election petition,<\/p>\n<p>which is taken on record.
