No.37703\/2010-K\n              ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~\n          Dated this the 3rd day of January, 2011\n\n                    J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>    The petitioner is aggrieved by the denial of Full-<\/p>\n<p>time benefits to the post of Sewing Teacher.        The<\/p>\n<p>petitioner was appointed as a Part-time Sewing Teacher<\/p>\n<p>in S.N.V.U.P. School, Valiyakulam, an aided school, on<\/p>\n<p>22\/11\/1979.  She retired from service on 31\/03\/2009.<\/p>\n<p>It is pointed out that the petitioner continued as<\/p>\n<p>Part-time Teacher without getting the benefits of grade<\/p>\n<p>promotion  and  Full-time  benefits.     The  petitioner<\/p>\n<p>points out in the writ petition that the Government has<\/p>\n<p>passed various orders granting Full-time benefits to<\/p>\n<p>various teachers and the last of the series of orders<\/p>\n<p>have been produced as Ext.P8.    It is also pointed out<\/p>\n<p>that by Ext.P7 Government Order, which was passed<\/p>\n<p>pursuant  to   Ext.P7(a)    Judgment,   the   Government<\/p>\n<p>considered  the  case  of   similarly  placed   persons.<\/p>\n<p>Seeking similar benefits, Ext.P10 representation was<\/p>\n<p>filed before the Government.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>    2.   The learned counsel for the petitioner prayed<\/p>\n<p>that the Government may be directed to take a decision<\/p>\n<p>W.P.(C). No.37703\/2010<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                         -:2:-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>on Ext.P10 after taking into consideration various<\/p>\n<p>orders produced in the writ petition.<\/p>\n<p>    3.   There  will  be  a  direction  to  the   first<\/p>\n<p>respondent to take a decision on Ext.P10 representation<\/p>\n<p>after hearing the petitioner and the Manager of the<\/p>\n<p>School within a period of four months from the date of<\/p>\n<p>receipt  of  a   copy  of   this  Judgment  and   after<\/p>\n<p>considering the various orders relied upon by the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner like Exts.P1, P1(b), P1(c) and P7.       The<\/p>\n<p>petitioner will produce a copy of the writ petition<\/p>\n<p>along with a copy of the Judgment before the first<\/p>\n<p>respondent  for  compliance.    The  writ petition  is<\/p>\n<p>disposed of as above. No costs.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                      (T.R.
