\nCr.P.C.   the petitioner at
\nRs.8,000’\/_– per’   that she was married to<\/p>\n

.–.,Linges3’hvvaV’ra__Ternple.._._i.n\u00abDavnanagere. Out of the wedlock<\/p>\n
V”–.siieV’ga.ve.__b’irth:to.son, who is presently 18 or 19 years age.<\/p>\n
sheTei’iegeeltiet after hirth of the child the petitioner<\/p>\n
 ‘.neglectecTgher and deprived basic necessities to her and<\/p>\n
 ‘\u00bbeven”to the child. Consequently, she took refuge in the<\/p>\n
 ___”ihoi;\u00a7se of her relatives and lived in that position till recently.<\/p>\n
She alleged tht the petitioner has willfully negiected her and<\/p>\n
has thereby deprived her of her marital iife.<\/p>\n
4. Petitioner entered appearance and <\/p>\n
respondent is his wife. In this regard he   <\/p>\n

‘  identity caraarl the respondent; Ex.P-4 ~– certificate issued by<\/p>\n
 VyKam’alananda Hospital and Ex.P5 ~– salary certificate of<\/p>\n
  petitioner. The petitioner herein on his behalf examined<\/p>\n
 ‘:fhi.rnself and three others and relied on Ex.D1 to D12.<\/p>\n
as<\/p>\n

6. To negate all her contentions petitioner
\nsummoned school records relating to Mruthyunjaya, alleged<\/p>\n
to be his son. He also summoned the admission ‘regrigster<\/p>\n
and the original application submitted by the <\/p>\n
admit Mruthyunjaya to school. Those wereul\ufb01<\/p>\n
received by the trial Court and ma,rl<ed..4a$ ciefe,nce"ev'vi._cI'ence.<\/p>\n
It is evident from the app|ica=ti.o_.n fillediby the\u00bb"'i'*espondlen'tl <\/p>\n
admit Mruthyunjaya to schoo|,'V'll'th_a't ovnellilgudramuni
\nis mentioned in the "the father.\n<\/p>\n
Thereafter, subsequent_.to,:’f\u00a7.lirlg_VVAc\u00a7,l a~pjp.li’cation the name
\nOf R”‘”a”Tlii1iAiiisa\u00e9\ufb01  name of the
\nDetitioner  l.’ll”‘ac’el. Besides, the date
\nappear_:ing_!   been altered as 07~O6–\n<\/p>\n
1988. Apartifromlvi’t,’th’e’~\u00ab.._e’xtract of the school register was<\/p>\n
SUfT];;~]30.r}ed,Vil3\u00bb_W?1l’Ch also at relevant column where father<\/p>\n
name ;”has_””t.o be mentioned, name of Rudramuni was<\/p>\n
Al”‘me’nt,iAo~ned,V_  has been struck off to enter the name of<\/p>\n
the”‘4..pe_titioner — Rajappa. On both these documents<\/p>\n
.\ufb01”–Jpedtitiorler contends that the evidence tendered by the<\/p>\n
‘ ”r_es~po:ndent was undoubtedly, concocted version and petition<\/p>\n
  ~-vvas liable to be rejected.\n<\/p>\n

7. The learned trial Judge rejected the contention
\nof the petitioner and has allowed the petition directing him
\nto pay maintenance to the respondent, against whi:c_h’a.this<\/p>\n
petition is filed.\n<\/p>\n

  name was entered in relevant column. Later, they removed<\/p>\n
 his name and inserted name of the petitioner. This<\/p>\n

explanation was not tendered before the trial Court. Even
\nother wise, whenever there is a correction in the original<\/p>\n
records, the person who carried out correction musVti\u00bb-speak<\/p>\n

credence andHevideritsiarv,va_lu\u00a3e. _\n<\/p>\n

\nerred  and ignored the tampered<\/p>\n
original enwtriesvv in -__hoE.,din..f_;7f’ the relationship between the<\/p>\n
 ,_part\u00a7_e\u00a7.. ,The__findAing\u00bbv.o.f.the trial Court is therefore, set aside.<\/p>\n
V.’-._P’etit’ion_ ‘vfileidV’~b’y~\u00ab.the respondent is rejected. The amount<\/p>\n
