The   petitioners   are   a<\/p>\n<p>young   couple  who  have  got married  recently  under   the  Special<\/p>\n<p>Marriage Act.  They have come to this court with this application<\/p>\n<p>for anticipatory bail apprehending that the parents of the second<\/p>\n<p>petitioner\/bride has filed some complaint alleging commission of<\/p>\n<p>non-bailable offences by the petitioners.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.     The   petitioners   submit   that   they   are   legally   married<\/p>\n<p>and   they   are   entitled   to   live   peacefully   without   any   threat   or<\/p>\n<p>hindrance from anyone.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.     The   learned   Public   Prosecutor   submits   that   the<\/p>\n<p>apprehension of the petitioners is absolutely baseless.  It is true<\/p>\n<p>that   the   father   of   the   second   petitioner   who   is   a   woman   aged<\/p>\n<p>about 23 years had filed  a complaint alleging  that his daughter<\/p>\n<p>had   eloped   with   the   first   petitioner.     The   request   of   the   father<\/p>\n<p>was that it may be ascertained whether they are legally married<\/p>\n<p>and are living as husband and wife.  That verification has already<\/p>\n<p>been   done.     In   connection   with   that   legitimate   request   of   the<\/p>\n<p>father, the police had tried to ascertain whether the petitioners<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">B.A.No.522\/08                          2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>are   legally   married.     It   has   now   been   confirmed   that   the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners   are   legally   married.     The   father   of   the   second<\/p>\n<p>petitioner   specifically   wanted   that   no   case   need   be   registered<\/p>\n<p>against   the   petitioners.   The   parents   are   interested   to   ascertain<\/p>\n<p>whether she is legally  married because of parental affection for<\/p>\n<p>their   daughter.         That   having   been   confirmed,   father   has   no<\/p>\n<p>grievance.     The   police   do   not   want   to   do   anything   with   the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners now.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>       4.    These   submissions   of   the   learned   Public   Prosecutor<\/p>\n<p>are recorded.  The apprehension of the petitioners is found to be<\/p>\n<p>absolutely   baseless.
