Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :11\/11\/2009\n\n O R D E R\n                       ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n              --------------------------------------------------\n                  W.P.(C) NO.4621 OF 2009 (A)\n              --------------------------------------------------\n          Dated this the 11th day of November, 2009\n\n                           J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Petitioners are Agricultural Assistants aspiring for promotion<\/p>\n<p>to the post of Agricultural Officer. Pursuant to the directions of this<\/p>\n<p>court their claim was considered by the first respondent and by<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P5 order, it has been held that the petitioners are not entitled<\/p>\n<p>for promotion. Aggrieved by Ext.P5, they have approached the 2nd<\/p>\n<p>respondent by filing Ext.P6 representation. Counsel              for   the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner submits that the said representation             is pending and<\/p>\n<p>seeks an order for its expeditious consideration.<\/p>\n<p>      2.    Having regard to the pendency of Ext.P6, the 2nd<\/p>\n<p>respondent is directed to consider the same and pass orders<\/p>\n<p>thereon with notice to the petitioner and any other person, who is<\/p>\n<p>likely to be affected by any order on Ext.P6.
