In spite<\/p>\n<p>of the same, under the Development Plan for the Kottayam<\/p>\n<p>Medical College area, the petitioners&#8217; lands have been included in<\/p>\n<p>the agricultural zone. The petitioners have filed Ext.P6<\/p>\n<p>representation before the 1st respondent seeking to vary the<\/p>\n<p>Development Plan excluding the petitioners&#8217; lands from the<\/p>\n<p>agricultural zone.    The petitioners seek a direction to the 1st<\/p>\n<p>respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P6 expeditiously.<\/p>\n<p>     2.    I have heard the learned Government Pleader also.<\/p>\n<p>     3.    In the facts and circumstances of the case, I dispose<\/p>\n<p>of this writ petition with a direction to the 1st respondent to<\/p>\n<p>consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P6, as expeditiously<\/p>\n<p>as possible, at any rate, within three months from the date of<\/p>\n<p>receipt of a copy of this judgment, after affording an opportunity<\/p>\n<p>of being heard to a representative of the petitioners.
