Desai appearing on behalf of<br \/>\npetitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tAccording<br \/>\nto petitioner, he was selected by Selection Committee of Gujarat High<br \/>\nCourt for post of Junior Clerk and accordingly, selection list was<br \/>\npublished on 27th<br \/>\nMarch, 2006, which was operated upto Serial No.174. Thereafter,<br \/>\naccording to petitioner, it has not been further operated though<br \/>\nnumber of vacancies are available in post of Junior Clerk. The answer<br \/>\nis received by petitioner dated 25th<br \/>\nNovember, 2009 from Public Information Officer, Gujarat High Court,<br \/>\nwherein, it is specifically made clear that select list dated 27th<br \/>\nMarch, 2006 was extended upto 26th<br \/>\nMarch, 2009. Thereafter, it was further extended upto 26th<br \/>\nSeptember, 2009 and thereafter, no further extension has been given<br \/>\nby Hon&#8217;ble Chief Justice beyond 26th<br \/>\nSeptember, 2009. Further answer is given by Public Information<br \/>\nOfficer of Gujarat High Court on<br \/>\n10th<br \/>\nMay, 2011, wherein, it is stated that as pointed out at Point No.3,<br \/>\nsaid select list lastly operated till 26th<br \/>\nSeptember, 2009.
