\nThe Appellant has been given two lists of Safai Karmcharies. One list has been taken from the
\ninternet and other list has been given based on the current attendance register. The PIO is
\ndirected to ensure that the list of Safai Karmcharies on the website is updated every fortnight and
\nthe date of updation mentioned on the website. Also the appellant has pointed out that some of
\nthe names of the Safai Karmchari given to him show ‘expired’ against their name. The PIO states
\nthat the MCD has a practice of putting substitute workers in the place of expired workers and the
\npost is shown as standing in the name of the Safai Karmchari. If this is true the PIO is directed to
\nsupply the list of substitute of Safai Karmachari to the Appellant before 20 September 2009.\n<\/p>\n
Decision:\n<\/p>\n
The appeal is allowed.\n<\/p>\n
The PIO will follow the direction given above. The updated information will be provided on the
\nwebsite before 30 September 2009. The PIO will also give a statement to the Appellant whether
\nany enquiry has been done based on the Appellant’s complaint to the Dy. Commissioner.\n<\/p>\n
This decision is announced in open chamber.\n<\/p>\n
Notice of this decision be given free of cost to the parties.
