No.7731 of 2011\n                                     Rajkumar Verma\n                                            Versus\n                                    The State Of Bihar\n                                          -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>04.   30.08.2011               In pursuance to the order dated 01.04.2011, the<\/p>\n<p>                     petitioner and opposite party no.2 are present. The<\/p>\n<p>                     opposite party no.2 is ready to resume the conjugal life,<\/p>\n<p>                     however, the petitioner is hesitant.<\/p>\n<p>                               It is submitted that the marriage was performed<\/p>\n<p>                     on 11.06.2010, divorce case was filed on 23.10.2010 and<\/p>\n<p>                     the present case was filed on 05.12.2010.
