She was<br \/>\n\tterminated in 1988. She had filed writ petition before this Court.<br \/>\n\tThereafter she was again employed in the year 1991. She was told by<br \/>\n\tthe respondent to withdraw the petition pending before this court.<br \/>\n\tThe said request was refused by the petitioner. She was also told to<br \/>\n\tgive application under different name, to which also she refused and<br \/>\n\tas a result, she was not allotted any work though  she is remaining<br \/>\n\tpresent.  She was orally told that she cannot be allowed  to work<br \/>\n\tunless she withdraws the petition pending before this Court. Hence<br \/>\n\tthis petition.\n<\/p>\n<p> \tHeard<br \/>\n\t learned advocates for the respective parties and perused the<br \/>\n\tdocuments on record.\n<\/p>\n<p> \tThe<br \/>\n\trespondent had filed their reply. From the record it revealed that<br \/>\n\tthe petitioner was working as a daily wager  for the contingency<br \/>\n\tarrangement with the respondent. The appointment of the petitioner<br \/>\n\twas made on contingency basis.  In that view of the matter, the<br \/>\n\tpetitioner was a daily wager. Therefore the, view taken by the<br \/>\n\tauthority is just and proper. No case is made out to cause<br \/>\n\tinterference. Hence petition stands disposed of .
