JUSTICE ABHILASHA KUMARI\n\t\t\n\t\n\n \n\n \n \n\n\n \n\nDate\n: 03\/03\/2011 \n\n \n\n \n \nORAL\nORDER<\/pre>\n<p>1.\tThis<br \/>\npetition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, has been<br \/>\nfiled with the following prayers:\n<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;(A)\tThis<br \/>\nHon&#8217;ble Court be pleased to issue appropriate writ, direction or<br \/>\norder in the nature of mandamus quashing and setting aside the<br \/>\narbitrary and illegal order of transfer issued by the respondents<br \/>\ndated 31.1.2011 qua the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>(B)\tThis<br \/>\nHon&#8217;ble Court be pleased to direct the respondents for allowing the<br \/>\npetitioner  to discharge his duty as per the order dated 27.1.2011 on<br \/>\nhis original post till the admission  and final hearing of this<br \/>\npetition.\n<\/p>\n<p>(C)\tThis<br \/>\nHon&#8217;ble Court be pleased to pass such other and further order or<br \/>\norders as may be deemed just and expedient in view of the facts and<br \/>\ncircumstances of the case.&#8221;\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\tAt<br \/>\nthe very outset, Mr.Tejas P.Satta, learned advocate for the<br \/>\npetitioner prays that interest of justice would be met, if petitioner<br \/>\nis permitted to make a representation to respondent No.1 regarding<br \/>\nthe grievances voiced in the petition and the said respondent may be<br \/>\ndirected to consider and decide the same.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\tUpon<br \/>\nthe above statement being made by the learned advocate for the<br \/>\npetitioner, the following order is passed:\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\tThe<br \/>\npetitioner is directed to make a representation to respondent No.1,<br \/>\nwithin a period of one week from today.
