Case No. 98\/2010 for the offences under<\/p>\n<p>                          Sections 147\/148\/149\/ 341\/323\/325\/337\/307\/504\/302 of the Indian<\/p>\n<p>                          Penal Code, pending before Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui.<\/p>\n<p>                                     After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                          seeks permission to withdraw this application with a liberty to<\/p>\n<p>                          surrender before the court below within a fortnight and seek regular<\/p>\n<p>                          bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                     Permission is granted.
