2. The claimants are wife and ehilciren of one”-Rakesh

course of employment on

\nabout 10.30 p.In. whem_  aooviit 4v4k.n*1s. away
\nfrom Joida towards   lost control over<\/p>\n
the vehicle lanestiga  fe11::oii.’t12eV.\u00a7side of the road. The<\/p>\n
said 4 others sustem ed severe
\nIzifiehal died. Therefore his L.Rs have<\/p>\n
   “‘pet.i.1:ion seeking compensation under the<\/p>\n
l  ef. the Worklnenfs Compensation Act. The<\/p>\n
.’ ex\u00a3%f1er.lof’s?1;b;e lorry entered appearance and filed ssatemeet<\/p>\n
of objlleetions admitting the fact that the deceased Rakesh<\/p>\n
  was; his employee working as a cleaner. However<\/p>\n
the Insurance company contested the claim contending<\/p>\n
thai, since the deceased was not an employee under the<\/p>\n
owner of the lorry the Insurance company is not liable to<\/p>\n
pay any cempensation. In fact they  V. an<\/p>\n
