Sivashanmugam\n\t\t\t   \t\t\t\tGovernment Advocate\n\n\nORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>\tOriginal Application No.8098 of 1999 was filed before the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal, Madras Bench to direct the respondents 1 and to select the petitioner for the post of drawing Teacher and appoint him in any existing vacancy by relaxing the qualification of age, since the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal was abolished, the O.A. was transferred and numbered as Writ petition.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t2. The petitioner seeks appointment to the post of Drawing Teacher stating that he has passed the Technical Examination Higher Grade conducted by the Government and he has registered with the Employment Exchange. The petitioner has not been appointed in spite of attending the interview.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t3. The learned counsel for the petitioner fairly states that there was no instructions as to whether the petitioner is in need of employment so as to pursue the relief sought for.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t4. Heard Mr. S. Sivashanmugam, learned Government Advocate.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t5. At this point of time, if the grievance of the petitioner still subsists, the petitioner is entitled to make fresh representation to the competent authority for redressing his grievance. As and when such representation is made, the competent authority shall consider and dispose of the same on merits within a reasonable time. This Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
