Public Prosecutor for the State.<\/p>\n<p>                                Although petitioner is in jail custody since 20.6.2010 in a<\/p>\n<p>                     case registered under sections 395 and 397 of the IPC and in course<\/p>\n<p>                     of investigation one witness has identified him in test identification<\/p>\n<p>                     parade but the contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is<\/p>\n<p>                     that the petitioner was neighbour of the aforesaid witness and there<\/p>\n<p>                     was some dispute between the petitioner and the aforesaid witness<\/p>\n<p>                     on the point of wages and that is the reason petitioner has falsely<\/p>\n<p>                     been implicated in this case.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                I am not at all convinced with the submission.\n<\/p>\n<p>                     Accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Pupari P.S.
