RADHAKRISHNAN, J.\n                 -----------------------------------------------\n                     W.P.(C) No. 14975 OF 2009\n                 -----------------------------------------------\n                Dated this the 5th day of June, 2009\n\n                             J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>           The petitioners seek a direction that the Staff Welfare<\/p>\n<p>fund amount due to them on account of their retirement               from<\/p>\n<p>KSRTC be released. While the payment of DCRG and CVC would<\/p>\n<p>depend upon the directions issued by this court, the payment of Staff<\/p>\n<p>Welfare Fund amount cannot be delayed.<\/p>\n<p>      2.   In the result, this writ petition is ordered directing that the<\/p>\n<p>Staff Welfare Fund amounts due to the petitioners shall be released<\/p>\n<p>within a period of 3 weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this<\/p>\n<p>judgment. All rights of the petitioners for the other retiral benefits are<\/p>\n<p>duly preserved.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                         THOTTATHIL B.
