ITARHI,\n                  DISTRICT-BUXAR.                        ...PETITIONER.\n                                         VERSUS\n                  THE STATE OF BIHAR.                ......OPPOSITE PARTY.\n                                         -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2.   28.02.2011                 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                  and learned counsel for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                The petitioner is in custody in relation to<\/p>\n<p>                  Itarhi P.S. Case No. 88 of 2010 instituted under<\/p>\n<p>                  Sections 328,302\/34 of the Indian Penal Code.<\/p>\n<p>                                It is alleged that petitioner and one Shastri<\/p>\n<p>                  Paswan took the deceased and later returned the<\/p>\n<p>                  deceased, who was in unconscious state and having<\/p>\n<p>                  dropped him at home and run away. After some<\/p>\n<p>                  deceased died any consciousness. The petitioner is<\/p>\n<p>                  unable   to     explain    as    to   what    caused    the<\/p>\n<p>                  unconsciousness and then death of the deceased.<\/p>\n<p>                                Be that as it may, it is brought to the notice<\/p>\n<p>                  of the court that Shastri Paswan who is identically<\/p>\n<p>                  situated in the case has already been granted bail by<\/p>\n<p>                  this court vide order dated 4.2.2011 in Cr. Misc. 455 of<\/p>\n<p>                  2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                Be that as it may , let the petitioner,<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                               2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>            namely, Jhabbu Paswan is directed to be released on<\/p>\n<p>            bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/- ( ten<\/p>\n<p>            thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to<\/p>\n<p>            the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in<\/p>\n<p>            connection with Itarhi P.S.
