The cross-objectors have    izheiaj \n\ncross-objections enhanced market'    of  J\n\nRs.1,U(},000\/- per acre in addfgeon to vague\":\nKs.3,30,000\/-- awarded by thee-Reference  gsubsequent\nto the filing of his  :::\u00a7ne'_\u00bb'..ei-oss~objectors have\nfixed the applica\u00a7,tion'-_-uncilef'%O%dee'o' read with Section\n151 and    amendment to the\nprayer  claiming enhanced\nmarket; at  lakhs per acre in addition to\n\nthe market game of\/-- awarded by the Reference\n\n'V  amendment appiioation is seriously opposed by\n\n by \ufb01ling his written objection to it.\n\n'    appiioeatdon was aiso filed in the cross--objeetions of\n\n~  corresponding to the said seven appeals which\n\n  be disposed of by us by passing the said common\n\n '11' j.:1d@1ent.\n\na-S\\\"'*'1.\u00bb-\\__7\n\n\n\n4. We have heard the arguments of Sri \n\nlearned AGA for the appellant, Sri N.l.)evadas, \n\nCounsel for the second respondent   \n\nP.Krishnappa, learned counsel  \n\nthis appeal and tlw above  ~- appeals. \nbeen disposed of by us have  ssigiemcommon\njudgment, the questioris_._\"of   _ involved in all the\nappeals are  juclgxnent, we\nhold in this  petition filed by\nthe   17 read with Section\n151  Ci\ufb01igseeldng amendment to the\n\nprayer   market value of the\n\nX _ aCq1I'1l\"\u20ac.-id\" land Vat  role of Ks.4 lakhs as against Rs. 1 lakh\n\n  ozloition to 1<s.3,3o,ooo\/- awarded by the\n\nRei"e1*er;ee"{\u00a7i;\u00a71rl\ufb01.:;'cieserves to be allowed. We further hold that\n\nV the  detem\ufb01ned by the Reference Court in the\n\n and the award at Rs.3,30,000\/~ per acre\n\n --'--i3--"l  of the land under acquisition being inadequate\n\n '   to be further enhanced to Rs'? lalchs per acre with\n\n -\n<\/pre>\n
