RAMKUMAR, J.\n        =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=\n                      B.A.No. 1150 of 2009\n        =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=\n            Dated this the 13rd day of March, 2009\n\n                             O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>      In this Petition filed under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>who is the sole accused in Crime No.647\/2008 of Keezhvaipur<\/p>\n<p>Police Station for an offence punishable under Section 408 I.P.C.,<\/p>\n<p>seeks anticipatory bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.   I heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the<\/p>\n<p>learned Public Prosecutor.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.   Having regard to the allegations levelled against the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner, the relative conduct of the parties, the nature of legal<\/p>\n<p>injury sustained by the injured and the other circumstances of the<\/p>\n<p>case, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.<\/p>\n<p>Accordingly, a direction is issued to the officer-in-charge of the<\/p>\n<p>police station concerned to release the petitioner on bail for a<\/p>\n<p>period of one month in the event of his arrest in connection with<\/p>\n<p>the above case on his executing a bond for Rs. 10,000\/- (Rupees<\/p>\n<p>ten thousand only) with two solvent sureties each for the like<\/p>\n<p>amount to the satisfaction to the said officer and subject to the<\/p>\n<p>following conditions:\n<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>         1. The    petitioner  shall  report   before   the<br \/>\n             Investigating Officer between 9 a.m. and 11<br \/>\n             a.m. on all Wednesdays.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>BA 1150\/09                         -2-\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>        2. The petitioner shall make himself available<br \/>\n            for    interrogation      including    custodial<br \/>\n            interrogation as and when      required by the<br \/>\n            Investigating Officer.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>        3. The petitioner shall not influence or intimidate<br \/>\n            the prosecution witnesses nor shall he attempt<br \/>\n            to  tamper     with   the   evidence    for  the<br \/>\n            prosecution.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>        4. The petitioner shall not commit any offence<br \/>\n            while on bail.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>        5. On the expiry of the aforesaid period, the<br \/>\n            petitioner   shall    surrender    before    the<br \/>\n            Magistrate concerned and seek regular bail.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>     If the petitioner commit breach of any of the above<\/p>\n<p>conditions, the bail granted to him shall be liable to be cancelled.<\/p>\n<p>     This application is allowed as above.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                             V.
