\ncame to the conclusion that the requirement of the
\nlandlords is reasonable and that they have proved the<\/p>\n
requirement of the schedule premises to i’Lm-~,__the<\/p>\n
business. Therefore, I do not find any error corr1rii.i:ti,ed<\/p>\n
by the Trial Court and no interference is~e__ca1}edi’ ‘i’ca\u00bb:V”_:_4’t 0<\/p>\n
However, in View of the fact that’the”petit.ione:rV’has <\/p>\n
in the schedule premises for EL1I]’i~Ob;\ufb02[,_ two dec’ades<\/p>\n
the immediate requirement ofr.Vti1.e iaridlord be
\njust and proper if ti.m’e.A_is  thi\u00a7en’d of 31st
\nDecember, 2010 to quit_   the vacant:\n<\/p>\n
