No.3610 of 2011\n                          KALICHARAN SINGH, SON OF SURENDRA SINGH\n                                                Versus\n                                     THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                              -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02        17.03.2011             Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as<\/p>\n<p>                       learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.<\/p>\n<p>                                     Petitioner is not named in the First Information<\/p>\n<p>                       Report but stolen tractor was recovered at District-Ballia, Uttar<\/p>\n<p>                       Pradesh for which Crime No. 162 of 2010 was registered under<\/p>\n<p>                       Narhi Police Station, District-Ballia. It appears from perusal of<\/p>\n<p>                       Annexure-2 that the petitioner was granted bail by learned<\/p>\n<p>                       Sessions Judge, Ballia in the aforesaid Narhi Crime No. 162 of<\/p>\n<p>                       2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                     Taking into consideration the above stated facts<\/p>\n<p>                       and circumstances, let the petitioner be released on bail on<\/p>\n<p>                       furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000\/- (Ten Thousand) with two<\/p>\n<p>                       sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief<\/p>\n<p>                       Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur, Arrah in connection with Chauri<\/p>\n<p>                       P.S.
