Q)&#8217;,<\/p>\n<p>corroborative evidence and hence, the Tribunal awarded<br \/>\nexorbitant compensation which ought to be reduced:&#8217;fin&#8221;&#8216;this<br \/>\nappeai.\n<\/p>\n<p>7. Per contra, counsel for the respondents,&#8217;ciaiinants<\/p>\n<p>submits that the deceased was-_uaged&#8217;-.18 years&#8221;a.nd..ithat she!&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>was working at Garment Factory. U.nder&#8217;t1&lt;iecircurnstances<br \/>\nin the absence of there;:._being&#8211;\u00ab_t:an;yA evidentceipbwith regard to the<br \/>\nactual income e_arnedA_by:&#039;_the&#039;v._tdecQgis.;\u00a7\u00a2i~g..&#039;ivyvt\ufb01e Tribunal was<br \/>\njustified in &quot;V&#039;.&#039;1.vO;:&#039;.7i&#039;O1::&#039;l:.E1&#039;1;:  &#039;of*i\u00abRs.3OO0\/-p.In and<br \/>\nthereby   does not call for any<\/p>\n<p>red uciion in At}vii_s aivxjpteai.&#039; &#039;  _&#039;<\/p>\n<p>8. _Having xhearjd counsel on both sides and on<\/p>\n<p> &#8216;~  _ pertisa; the rnate&#8221;ri&#8217;aiVon record, it is seen that in the ration<\/p>\n<p> V cardwpro.duc&#8217;ed_Va-t Exfy, the age of the deceased is shown as<\/p>\n<p>1.3&#8217;ye\u00abars\u00abin&#8217;f year 2003 since the accident occurred in the<\/p>\n<p> year the age of the deceased would have to be reckoned<\/p>\n<p> astlfl\u00e9years. Though in EXP? which is the P.l\\\/{Report the<\/p>\n<p> age of the deceased is shown as 18 years, since Ex.P8 is a<\/p>\n<p>V &#8220;document which has come into existence at an undisputed<\/p>\n<p>point of time, the age is shown at  wbuld have to be<br \/>\ntaken into consideration and accordingly it is held that the<\/p>\n<p>5%<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>Rs.2,92,000\/-. The said compensation shall earzy interest at<\/p>\n<p>the rate of 6% pa from the date of petition till A. V<\/p>\n<p>10.
