No.3007 of 2011\n                         LALU SINGH, SON OF LATE GODA SINGH\n                                          Versus\n                                THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                        -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2   14.03.2011               Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as<\/p>\n<p>                 well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the<\/p>\n<p>                 State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             It appears from perusal of the impugned<\/p>\n<p>                 order that the petitioner is languishing in jail custody<\/p>\n<p>                 since 18.08.2007, and altogether six prosecution<\/p>\n<p>                 witnesses have already been examined in the case, but<\/p>\n<p>                 the      aforesaid     prosecution    witnesses      have    not<\/p>\n<p>                 supported the prosecution story.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             Although, there is allegation that one pistol<\/p>\n<p>                 along with six live cartridges were recovered from the<\/p>\n<p>                 conscious possession of the petitioner and the said<\/p>\n<p>                 pistol was looted property of Poraiyahat Police Station,<\/p>\n<p>                 but taking into consideration the period of detention of<\/p>\n<p>                 the petitioner as well as this submission of learned<\/p>\n<p>                 counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has<\/p>\n<p>                 already been convicted and, thereafter, granted bail in<\/p>\n<p>                 connection with alleged case of loot of the above stated<\/p>\n<p>                 pistol, let the petitioner, namely, Lalu Singh be<\/p>\n<p>                 released     on      bail   on   furnishing   bail   bonds    of<\/p>\n<p>                 Rs.10,000\/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the<\/p>\n<p>                 like amount each to the satisfaction of learned<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                        2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>     Additional Sessions Judge, F.T.C. 3rd, Banka in<\/p>\n<p>     connection with Sessions Trial No.21 of 2008 \/ Trial<\/p>\n<p>     No.237 of 2010 (arising out of Bounsi P.S.
