Justice P.N.RAVINDRAN\n\n Dated :15\/10\/2010\n\n O R D E R\n                         P.N.RAVINDRAN, J.\n               -----------------------------------------\n                    W.P(C).No.31703 of 2010\n               -----------------------------------------\n            Dated this the 15th day of October, 2010\n\n                             JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The petitioner, who has undergone the B.Tech degree<\/p>\n<p>course in Civil Engineering as a regular student of Ilahiya College<\/p>\n<p>of Engineering, Muvattupuzha, affiliated to the Mahatma Gandhi<\/p>\n<p>University, appeared for one paper in the 7th semester B.Tech<\/p>\n<p>degree examination held by the Mahatma Gandhi University in<\/p>\n<p>June, 2010. He again failed in the said subject. He therefore,<\/p>\n<p>submitted the original of Ext.P1 application dated 12.10.2010 for<\/p>\n<p>revaluation of his answer script in the said paper. The petitioner<\/p>\n<p>submits that he had done well the examination and that if his<\/p>\n<p>answer script is revalued he is sure to secure a pass in the said<\/p>\n<p>paper. He submits that in these circumstances unless his answer<\/p>\n<p>script in the said paper is revalued and the results communicated<\/p>\n<p>to him expeditiously, he will be put to serious prejudice. In this<\/p>\n<p>writ petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents to<\/p>\n<p>conduct the revaluation of his answer script and to communicate<\/p>\n<p>the result to him expeditiously.\n<\/p>\n<p>W.P(C).No.31703 of 2010<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                   -:2:-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>      2.
