RAMKUMAR, J.\n              ..............................................\n                        B.A. No.172 of 2011\n             ................................................\n             Dated this the 17th day of January, 2011.\n\n                               O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>      In this Petition filed under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C., the petitioners<\/p>\n<p>who    are   accused Nos.1 to 5         in Crime No.586 of 2010 of<\/p>\n<p>Cheruthuruthy Police Station         for offences punishable under<\/p>\n<p>Sections 341, 323, 506, 406, 420, 498A and 386 r\/w Section 34<\/p>\n<p>I.P.C., seek anticipatory bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.   I heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and<\/p>\n<p>the learned Public Prosecutor.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.   After evaluating the        factors and parameters which<\/p>\n<p>are to be taken into consideration in the light of paragraph 122<\/p>\n<p>of the verdict      dated     2-12-2010      of the Apex Court       in<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\/doc\/1108032\/\">Siddharam Satlingappa Mhetre v. State of Maharashtra<\/p>\n<p>and Others (Crl.Appeal No.<\/a> 2271 of 2010), I am inclined to<\/p>\n<p>grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.              Accordingly, a<\/p>\n<p>direction is issued to the officer-in-charge of the police station<\/p>\n<p>concerned to release the petitioners on bail in the event of their<\/p>\n<p>arrest in connection with the above case on each of them<\/p>\n<p>executing a bond for `25,000\/- (Rupees twenty five thousand<\/p>\n<p>only) with two solvent sureties each for the like amount to the<\/p>\n<p>satisfaction to the said officer and subject to the following<\/p>\n<p>conditions:\n<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">B. A.No.172\/2011                   -:2:-<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>          1.    Petitioners   shall report before the Investigating<br \/>\n                Officer between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. on all<br \/>\n                Wednesdays.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>            2.  Petitioners shall make themselves        available for<br \/>\n                interrogation including custodial interrogation as<br \/>\n                and when required by the Investigating Officer.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>            3.   Petitioners shall not influence or intimidate the<br \/>\n                 prosecution witnesses nor shall they attempt to<br \/>\n                 tamper with the evidence for the prosecution.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>            4.   Petitioners shall not commit any offence while on<br \/>\n                 bail.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>            5.
