RAMKUMAR, J.\n\n\n                   ````````````````````````````````````````````````````\n\n                           B.A. No. 1856 OF 2007 B\n\n                   ````````````````````````````````````````````````````\n\n                   Dated this the 27th day of March, 2007\n\n\n                                     O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>              Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail on the allegation that the<\/p>\n<p>Chirayinkeezhu police are at his heels for no obvious reason.   All what<\/p>\n<p>the   petitioner   did   was   that   a   complaint   before   the   police   for   the<\/p>\n<p>disappearance   of   his   mother,   who   has   not   been   traced   after   her<\/p>\n<p>disappearance.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>       2.     The   petitioner&#8217;s   complaint   regarding   man   missing   was<\/p>\n<p>registered as Crime No.381\/06.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>       3.     Learned   Public   Prosecutor,   on   instructions,   submitted   that<\/p>\n<p>no   crime   has   been   registered   against   the   petitioner   and   that   the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner is not wanted by the said police in connection with any case or<\/p>\n<p>complaint.  If so, the apprehension of arrest and harassment entertained<\/p>\n<p>by the petitioner is unfounded.   Recording the submission made by the<\/p>\n<p>Public Prosecutor, this petition is closed.<\/p>\n<p>                                                         (V.
