Case<\/p>\n<p>                        No. 62 of 2010 registered under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code and<\/p>\n<p>                        27 of the Arms Act.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                    Petitioner is not named in the First Information Report and it<\/p>\n<p>                        appears from perusal of the impugned order of learned Ist Additional<\/p>\n<p>                        Sessions Judge, Gaya that except the confessional statement and criminal<\/p>\n<p>                        antecedent of the petitioner, there is nothing against him.<\/p>\n<p>                                    Contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that only<\/p>\n<p>                        one case was instituted against the petitioner in the year 1999 vide Civil<\/p>\n<p>                        Lines P.S. Case No. 243 of 1999 and the petitioner has already been<\/p>\n<p>                        acquitted in the aforesaid case.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                    Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as<\/p>\n<p>                        submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on<\/p>\n<p>                        furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of<\/p>\n<p>                        the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya<\/p>\n<p>                        in connection with above stated Delha P.S.
