The Office has indicated that said<br \/>\nmatter being Special Civil Application No. 8730 of 2001 is in fact<br \/>\ndismissed for default vide order dated 27\/7\/2011. As that matter is<br \/>\ndismissed for default, this civil application cannot now survive and<br \/>\naccordingly it is dismissed.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tHowever<br \/>\nin the event when the main matter is sought to be restored and is<br \/>\nrestored also, right of the petitioners to file appropriate<br \/>\napplication of such nature, i.e. for joining party would also be<br \/>\navailable. With this observation civil application is disposed of.
