Jadiya,\n                      District Supaul.\n                                                                           -------Petitioners\n                                                  Versus\n                      The State Of Bihar\n                                                                       -----Opposite Party\n                                               ----------------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02\/-   14\/11\/2011                Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned<\/p>\n<p>                     Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.<\/p>\n<p>                                 All the ten petitioners apprehending their arrest in<\/p>\n<p>                     connection with a case registered for the offence punishable<\/p>\n<p>                     under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 353, 427, 384 and 386 of the<\/p>\n<p>                     Indian Penal Code, are named accused in this four years old<\/p>\n<p>                     case.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 Submission is that there is general and omnibus<\/p>\n<p>                     allegation against the petitioners and specific allegation is<\/p>\n<p>                     attributed against non-petitioner, Md. Jalal. There is counter<\/p>\n<p>                     version also by way of Jadia P.S. Case No. 29 of 2007.<\/p>\n<p>                                 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case,<\/p>\n<p>                     in the event of their arrest\/surrender before the court below<\/p>\n<p>                     within four weeks, let the above named petitioners be enlarged<\/p>\n<p>                     on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand<br \/>\n             only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the<\/p>\n<p>            satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul, in connection<\/p>\n<p>            with Jadia P.S.
