Act.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            Admittedly, informant filed complaint petition which<\/p>\n<p>                  was converted into Lalganj P.S. Case no.114\/2011.<\/p>\n<p>                            The contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is<\/p>\n<p>                  that informant is not legally wedded wife of the petitioner and, as<\/p>\n<p>                  a matter of fact, marriage of the petitioner was forcibly<\/p>\n<p>                  performed with the informant for which petitioner has filed<\/p>\n<p>                  complaint case in the court of SDJM West, Muzaffarpur and<\/p>\n<p>                  prior to filing of the present case, father of the petitioner had<\/p>\n<p>                  filed a petition before SDM West, Muzaffarpur.<\/p>\n<p>                            On the other hand, learned counsel for the informant<\/p>\n<p>                  opposed the prayer pointing out that the petitioner is husband of<\/p>\n<p>                  the informant and there is specific allegation of torturing against<\/p>\n<p>                  him.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             Considering the facts and circumstances as well as<\/p>\n<p>                  submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, Mukesh Sahani, be<\/p>\n<p>                  released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000\/- (Ten<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>         Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the<\/p>\n<p>         satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur<\/p>\n<p>         in connection with Lalganj P.S.
