A person,<br \/>\ndied on 27th January 1993, widow is awaiting for long 18<br \/>\nyears to get even the &#8216; admitted dues&#8217;.  When it is put<br \/>\nto the learned advocate Mrs. Bhatt for the petitioner &#8211; Railway<br \/>\nas to why and at whose instance, the &#8216; admitted amount&#8217;<br \/>\nis not paid, the learned advocate for the petitioner is not able to<br \/>\nanswer.  The learned advocate for the petitioner prays for one<br \/>\nmonth&#8217;s time to pay the &#8216; admitted dues&#8217;.  It would have<br \/>\nbeen in fitness of things if the person, who is responsible for not<br \/>\nmaking the payment of &#8216;admitted dues&#8217;, was denied the wages from the<br \/>\ndate he denied to pay the admitted dues.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.0\tIn<br \/>\nthe aforesaid facts of the case, it is deemed fit that the General<br \/>\nManager, Western Railways shall remain present before this Court,  if<br \/>\nthe admitted dues are not paid by the Railways to the widow on or<br \/>\nbefore 17 th  August 2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.1\tThe<br \/>\nmatter is adjourned to 17th August 2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.2\tA<br \/>\ncopy of this order be made available to the learned advocate for the<br \/>\npetitioner for its onward communication for compliance.\n<\/p>\n<p>[<br \/>\nRavi R.
