RAMKUMAR, J.\n\n\n                      ````````````````````````````````````````````````````\n\n                               B.A. No. 1078 OF 2007\n\n                      ````````````````````````````````````````````````````\n\n                     Dated this the 23rd day of February, 2007\n\n\n                                        O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>               In  this  Petition  filed under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C.  the petitioner,<\/p>\n<p>who is the accused in Crime No.413\/2006 of Paravur Police Station for<\/p>\n<p>an offence punishable under Sec.353 I.P.C., seeks anticipatory bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>       2.      I   heard     the   learned   counsel   for   the   petitioner   and   the<\/p>\n<p>learned Public Prosecutor.\n<\/p>\n<p>       3.      Having   regard   to   the   nature   of   the   allegations   levelled<\/p>\n<p>against   the   petitioner   and   the   other   circumstances   of   the   case,   I   am<\/p>\n<p>inclined   to   grant   anticipatory   bail   to   the   petitioner.     Accordingly,   a<\/p>\n<p>direction is issued to the officer-in-charge of the police station concerned<\/p>\n<p>to release the petitioner on bail for a period of one month  in the event of<\/p>\n<p>his arrest in connection with the above case on his executing a bond for<\/p>\n<p>Rs. 10,000\/- (Rupees ten thousand only)  with two solvent sureties each<\/p>\n<p>for the like amount to the satisfaction to the said officer and subject to<\/p>\n<p>the following conditions:\n<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>               a.       Petitioner   shall   report   before   the<\/p>\n<p>               Investigating   Officer   between   9   a.m.   and   11<\/p>\n<p>               a.m. on all Wednesdays.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote>\n<p>               b.   The petitioner shall make   himself available<\/p>\n<p>               for interrogation as and when   required by the<\/p>\n<p>               Investigating Officer.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><\/blockquote>\n<p>BA.1078\/07<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">                                        : 2 :<\/span><\/p>\n<p>              c.     The   petitioner   shall   not   influence   or<\/p>\n<p>              intimidate   the   prosecution   witnesses   nor   shall<\/p>\n<p>              he  attempt to tamper with the evidence for the<\/p>\n<p>              prosecution.\n<\/p>\n<p>              d.     Petitioner   shall   not   commit   any   offence<\/p>\n<p>              while on bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>              e.     Petitioner   shall   surrender   before   the<\/p>\n<p>              Magistrate   concerned   and  seek  regular   bail   in<\/p>\n<p>              the meanwhile.\n<\/p>\n<p>       If  the   petitioner  commits   breach  of   any  of  the  above  conditions,<\/p>\n<p>the bail granted to him shall be liable to be cancelled.\n<\/p>\n<p>       This application is allowed as above.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                    (V.
