It is claimed that:_th&#8217;e&#8221;.elivt;i1ori\ufb01es from the<\/p>\n<p>earlier     Taluk to<\/p>\n<p>   during the period<br \/>\nrelevant for-. the&#8217;   Q0064)? onwards and<br \/>\nthereatte1j.has    Iiwnoe fee on the basis of<\/p>\n<p>?.busit1eseiVithih the town municipal area.<\/p>\n<p>  \ufb02   by the demand notice dated<\/p>\n<p>_ .2&#8217;G.o,V6u2()0aJ&#8221;-I.&#8217; cot Annexure-E] issued by the Inspector of<\/p>\n<p>  Range, apprising the petitioner that the<\/p>\n<p> of the Town Municipal Council, Hiriyur had<\/p>\n<p>4:   the excise authorities that re-survey No. 18\/ 1 IA<\/p>\n<p> .V.-uwherein the petitioner&#8217;s shop is located is within the town<\/p>\n<p>8 WP10440.07<\/p>\n<p>No._18\/11A of Madderahalli Village which is undisputedly<br \/>\nwithin the town municipal area of Hiriyur town.<\/p>\n<p>10. In this confused state of affairs, it is<br \/>\nfor this court to examine any merits in<br \/>\nparticularly, in the absence of  <\/p>\n<p>forthcoming on the part of the .ifespo&#8217;::i(ients~  ..  2<\/p>\n<p>11, The respondents, have any&#8217; vvstat\ufb01ement of<br \/>\nobjections nor have   &#8216;factual position.<\/p>\n<p>Virtually the attitiide   only indicates<\/p>\n<p>that ms rssps\ufb01ds:ifs&#8221;nooc every keen in assisting this<\/p>\n<p>court in &#8220;:taerits of the petition.
