Learned Government Pleader, on instructions,<\/p>\n<p>submits that there is a petition received from the neighbor of<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner that the petitioner has cut the leaves belonging<\/p>\n<p>to the neighbor. On the basis of the complaint petitioner is<\/p>\n<p>called. He is not turned up, he submits.<\/p>\n<p>            3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that<\/p>\n<p>petitioner  will   co-operate     with   the   enquiry.       Learned<\/p>\n<p>Government Pleader submits that there will be no harassment<\/p>\n<p>of the petitioner other than lawful enquiry and investigation in<\/p>\n<p>the matter.
