Justice V.GIRI\n\n Dated :22\/10\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n                             V.GIRI,J.\n                       -------------------------\n                 W.P ( C) No.31013 of 2008\n                      --------------------------\n             Dated this the 22nd October, 2008\n\n                        J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The issue raised by the petitioner herein is covered<\/p>\n<p>in his favour by the judgment of this Court in W.P (C)<\/p>\n<p>No.28386 of 2008 and connected cases.             Accordingly,<\/p>\n<p>directions issued therein will be applicable to the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner herein also.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.
